Wasn't so lucky today. No rain.

Thought we would get a nice shower today with the number of showers moving around that I saw on radar but we just weren't fortunate enough to be under one today. Looked promising but just didn't happen. So tomorrow doesn't look at all promising for rain. Held off water because I was pretty sure we were going to get rain. So tomorrow I think I am going to have to water my new sod. Overall it is looking pretty good. Got to keep it that way. Really need to fill in some low spots with more sod but going to have to wait on that. Next two days look pretty bleak on the chance of rain but it goes up the next day. Going to be really warm the next three days. Kind of a mini hot spell. Really doesn't cool off that much on the following days. Didn't do anything in the shop at all today. Nothing. My outside temperature gauge says it is about 84°F with 81% humidity. Now have my other two sensors installed and working so have to wait until they cycle through. One is in the garage. Sensor 2. Sensor 1 is outside. Sensor 3 is still inside. Don't know where I want to put it. For the official temperature we go to the airport. There it is 82°F with 84% humidity.

Didn't get anything in today. Was expecting one item but it didn't make it. Should be here on Monday. Didn't order anything else. Did work on my HEB delivery order. Probably release it for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Paid my AT$T bill today. Still have a few days before my car insurance and IRS quarterly are due.

Watched the launch of the Astra today. Probably shouldn't have gone live on that one. Something happened on take off. Probably didn't have full power on the engines. My guess. Had to destroy the rocket. Went really bad on MECO. Don't know what really happened. The Falcon 9 launch is back on for tonight. About three and a half hours away. Set my alarm and try to wake up to watch it. The weather scrubber the flight this morning.

Burned incense this morning and as usually I don't remember what it was.

Saturday night and no gold and crude report.

No lap cat. Thought Twist was about to but didn't. No cat to sleep with me last night.

Didn't do an housework today or woodworking. Just did a little on my Binary clock. Cleaned up my bench a bit. Got my new Raspberry pi 4 set up. Working. No speakers for it yet though. Waiting for my speakers to come in. Somehow the day always seems to pass even if I don't do much. Had a little ice cream for dessert at lunch. Nothing for dinner.

No junk calls today. Don't think so but hard to remember if they came today or yesterday. Get so many.

Probably won't go out for a drive.

Heard fireworks tonight from the ball park. Not a Friday night so I don't know why.

Kind of felt rather sad today. Mostly all day. A bit different from being depressed. And worried.

Need to go out and get the mail. It came really late today.

August 28th. Month coming to an end. Next week. September. Days.

Tired as always. Just like every other day. Ready to put this one in the books.

For viewing pleasure I finished my new Netflix series. Don't know if there is going to be another season. Went back to The Flash and Manifest. And YouTube videos.

Tomorrow is LOL Cats. Always look forward to that. Uplifting and fun.

Got to decide if I want to order my car next week or give it one more week.

Need to finish Ashley's podcast. Might do that tonight while I am waiting for the launch.

Starting to get dark earlier now. Noticeable. Official summer doesn't have that much longer to go.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
