Seems to be a daily rain now.

Nothing really high for rain chances today but we did get several showers. Some nice easy rain. Still need to check my rain gauge to see if all these kind of daily showers are adding up to something I can read in the rain gauge. Nothing at all anywhere near us on the radar. Looks clear for tonight. Nothing more than pretty much an average rain chance until Monday but with all the showers we have been getting hard to say if we would get more tomorrow. My outside temperature gauge says it is 79°F with 90% humidity. So very humid outside tonight. And the official temperature at the airport is 77°F with 91% humidity. Really humid outside tonight. Temperatures look like they may still be a bit below normal for this time of the year. Mosquitoes are coming out though. Might get some more mushrooms if this keeps up.

Got Fozzy as a lap cat tonight. Had to get up to let his brother out. He wanted into the shop. Probably not at all happy with me doing that.

Didn't finish this entry last night due to a sudden anxiety attack. Triggered by something that I am sure is really stupid. So I am going to try to finish it this morning and write another one tonight.

Got three junk calls yesterday. Did burn incense but no way to remember from yesterday.

Did have my cheese sandwich as usual for a Friday.

Did check last night and this is not a premium channel free preview weekend. Been several weeks now since we have had one. Hard to say just how normal that is. Might go a long time and then get several in a row.

Finished my Netflix DVD last night and even with my anxiety attack managed to get it to the post office and mailed back. Have some more in my que.

For viewing pleasure I watched more of my Netflix movie. An animated movie. And the usual YouTube Videos. Always watch some of those everyday.

Got something in yesterday but didn't know what it could be as I wasn't expecting anything. Finally opened it this morning and it was my 3-48 drill and tap set. Only ordered it the day before. Fast service. Still have lots of items I am waiting on. Ordered some wheels from Surplus Center. Talk about that later. Much to soon to get my second clock kit in.

For housework I did my usual kitchen duty and that was about it.

For project work I am trying to remember if I really did anything project related. Can't really think of anything. But that was yesterday.

I did do some woodworking. Starting building a cart for my old inverter generator. Ordered some wheels for it last night. Not too heavy but will be much easier to move around on a cart. So I just decided to build one out of mostly scrap that I already had. So nice to have eBay. Pretty much instant gratification for things that you need.

From memory gold took a hit yesterday and feel way back into $1700 and ounce. Crude retreated further too. Now just barely above twice it 52 week low. Supply or something must be coming up or demand is dropping.

Both light bulbs are out in my garage door opener. Noticed that last night on my way to mail my Netflix DVD back.

Falcon 9 delayed a lot. Like close to the end of August. Next launch to watch is four days away.

Yesterday was August 6th. Starting to move deep into August.

Looks like a thunder shower moving this way. Don't know if it will hold together.

Didn't put out my recycle bin or my trash bin last night. Lots of room left in them for more.

Hot and humidity today with not a drop of rain.

First day in a few that we didn't get any rain. Don't remember any but my memory certainly isn't what it use to be. Nothing really in the forecast for rain tomorrow. The next four days start with a good chance of rain and decrease from there. It does look like at least based on the forecast that temperature are going to start cooling off. Could be a summer of rather moderate temperatures. Will have been the first one in a while for that to happen. My outside temperature gauges says it is still about 85°F outside with 74% humidity so it is still rather warm out. But as always have to look at what the airport shows for the official temperature. There it is 83°F with 79% humidity. So a warm and humid night. Did do some work out in the shop but so humid quickly covered with sweat. Not pleasant mixed with saw dust.

A bit of a surprise by my second clock kit came in today. Wasn't expecting it so soon at all. Going to put in on a shelf somewhere for awhile. Just wanted to have it available for a time when I need another project to work on like I don't already have enough going on. Eventually I want to build a case for the clock kit I put together. Will be quite a bit more slender and shallower than my other clock. I think I can use some aspects of my clock kit to improve my home build from scratch clock. Going to start on that again eventually to see if I can actually get it to work.

Slowing healing from my anxiety attack last night. Takes a bit longer that I thought it would. Still feeling it tonight but not as bad. Time is all that I have for that to heal. Just have to use it and let time take its course to get me back on track. Still doing better tonight. Always want to get one over with.

Didn't get anything else in today.

My old company sold the branch that I was in and it looks like now it has officially become the new company. I think my retirement is still with the parent company though. Been retired for awhile now. Won't get a W2 this year. First year in a long time that I haven't got one.

Haven't got paid yet. Last month was pretty late so probably this one will be too. Don't think this week is going to be as expensive as last week. Still going to have car insurance coming soon. That is expensive. And the dollars I am spending on eBay. Small amounts but it does add up.

Nothing from my landscaping company. Don't believe they are ever going to show this year. Still mowing the yard and now regularly.

Didn't do any housework today. Not even my usual kitchen duty. Didn't feel like it.

No project work either.

Did do some wood working. Got the seat mount build for my home built air-conditioner for my car. Thinking about trying it out tonight. Got a small 12 volt battery pack. Don't know how long it will last. Ordered a connection to my car so I can use that 12 volt power supply. Turned another piece of pine just for the fun of it. Might make some kind of stand using those. Got to wait on my wheels before I finish the cart for the inverter generator. Got to run that and using up the gasoline in it.

No gold and crude report tonight. Saturday as always.

Got the shop sorted already. Going to put up the car and shift over the truck and get the car out for a drive and put my home made air conditioner to the test.

A long wait for the next launch. Thinks are getting postponed. Might be because of the weather in the Atlantic.

Did burn incense this morning and it was Dragon's Blood. Remember that one.

Tomorrow is LOL Cats. Always, always look forward to that. Just a nice boast and a good start for the next week.

Didn't make any beer this year. Not much in the mood for it plus not suppose to drink alcohol with my drugs. And to add to that my beer supply store close and took with it the ingredients to my favor beer. Recycled most of my beer bottles. Only enough for about one batch now. Did break the rules just a bit last night and had just a sip of cognac. A bottle given to me by a friend. Still have a lot of it left. Plus some Irish Whiskey.

Today is August 7th. Getting seriously into August.

For viewing pleasure today I watched more of my Netflix movie and some more of the Flash. Mailed my DVD back last night. Won't get another one for few days.

Did drive the car tonight. Shifted vehicles around. Tested out my home made air conditioner. Filled with all that my ice maker had. Pretty much full. Started up with Ok cooling. Didn't last all that long though. Probably about twenty minutes until it started to lose ground. The battery pack was low too and not blowing as much air. Just about melted all the ice. Don't think it will be effect during the day. Have to limit my drives to plenty of ice and night time. Get to get a battery pack that can deliver the 12 volts constantly. Will be fixed when I get in my car connection. For now I will build a better 12 volt pack. Or use one of my power centers to step down the voltage. Need more air. Got a base line for my gas gauge. Will put about five gallons in it and use that as my new empty line. Good test though. Know the limitations and the requirements. Still will eventually get my air conditioner fixed.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
