Hot, hot and hot for the next 3 or 4 days with nothing really in the chances of rain. After that rain chance goes back to pretty much the normal rain chance for this area. Always seem to have some but the next few day virtually have no chance of rain. I guess the afternoon popup thundershower is always a possibility though. And we didn't get any rain today and it was warm. Temperatures seem to be returning to the seasonal normal. Had to happen soon but they are not the scorching hot temperatures we can get. So I guess that is something. Still haven't got my gauge working. Need to change the battery to see if that is it. Maybe tomorrow. Right now the airport says it is 83°F with 81% humidity. Seems to be about normal now. Still got a bit of shop time in. Warm though but doesn't seem to be quite as humid.
Full moon tonight. Checked last night at it looked pretty full too.
Didn't get anything in today. Can't say that I was really expecting anything. Didn't order anything from eBay but I did put in an order for Costco. Really just needed coffee but got a few other items I could always use. Two day delivery. Probably be here on Monday.
Heard from the tree trimmer today. Coming Monday morning. Expensive. More than last time.
Strange though I did get a check from the tax office. A decent amount. Almost equal to the cost of the tree trimming. Not sure what it is for but I am guessing it is a refund of my over 65 exemption. Applied two years ago and something happened and I didn't get it. So maybe this is backing up to cover that. Not sure how I am going to deposit it though. Guess I can just use the ATM to do that. Don't want to go into the Bank.
Did the truck start, run and drive today. Did a fairly long loop. I guess the interval I am using is about right. Truck seems to start. Need to get the oil changed soon. Don't have many miles on it but a long time between oil changes.
No lap cat today. Seems to be getting rarer these days but Twist did snuggle with me while I was taking a nap this afternoon.
Did my kitchen duty tonight and cleaned in the bathroom. Not much for house work. Need to get all my project stuff out of the kitchen.
Nothing really for wood working. Just cut some PVC sheet to make a mount for my radio module.
For project work pulled the wire for the emergency lights. Then worked on assembling the touch screen monitor. Need the USB power supplies to come in to finish it. Might put it together tomorrow and wire it as much as I can.
Had my cheese sandwich today. Some candy for dessert.
Got one junk call today.
Tree trimming decided but nothing from the landscaper or the car.
Tired tonight even with my nap. Feeling the depression tonight. Always some. Try again tomorrow.
Got the car put up. Didn't go for a drive and there is a really bright full moon out tonight.
Gold is still bouncing around $1700 and $1800 and ounce. Crude gained a bit more ground today. Looks like it it going to try for another 52 week high soon.

Watched the last episode of Lucifer todnight. Switching to just my backlog of movies now. Don't have a series yet. Added YouTube videos to my viewing pleasure.
The next launch, Falcon 9, is getting closer.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
