Seems like we got a good rain today.
Jul. 12th, 2021 10:53 pmWe got another decent rain today starting about 2 and lasting for awhile. Don't really know how much rain we got but it really wasn't a major rainfall but enough to keep everything soaked. It has been a really wet month so far. Right now it is about 81°F outside with 100% humidity. Looking at the official temperature at the airport it is 77°F with 87% humidity. A kind of cool but humid night outside. Probably frequented by mosquitoes too. Might be a dry day tomorrow and might be one of very few this month. Temperature will be up just a little too. Still looking at temperature just holding around 90°F. Seems to be stuck in this pattern.
Was moderately depressed today. Thought I might make it though another day without having to deal with my depression but was not to be. Just some factors that always seem to happen that trigger it. So tired of dealing with it.
Got three things in today. Got my miniature saw, my solid state relays and my Bluetooth amplifiers. Ordered some more after eating snacks. Just have to assume the other order has been lost in the mail because it has been over two weeks now. More than long enough for them to be here. Do left to come in are all my eBay orders, my JAG35 circuit board, my wooden clock, and my Greenworks cleaning solution. That should do it. Don't see anything that looks like it is coming in tomorrow.
No lawn company today or no tree trimming either. No word on the car either. And it hasn't been inspected yet.
Got two possibly three junk calls today and one annoying call. Hopefully got on another do not call list today.
No bills paid today and no lap cat. Doesn't seem to happen as often as it use too. Today's incense was Black Cherry. Always smells good.
Gold is holding on to $1800 an ounce but just barely. Crude stayed pretty steady today and didn't move much at all.
For woodworking today I straighten one of my project boards. Was cut all kinds of crooked. Also glued up another brace for a wheel well.
For housework I did my kitchen duty. Probably need to run the dishwasher tomorrow. I cleaned a bit more in the bathroom
Project work I finished a voltage regulator project and move most of my project work out of the kitchen and back to the mad scientist table. Still have a bunch more to more on my kitchen island. Really don't want my projects in my kitchen. Need to keep them contained to my work room. Worked on my software and finally figured out how to make a matrix work in python. Not nearly as easy as BASIC. Still it is really going to shorten my code for the clock.
Got the car put up. Didn't take long to sort out the shop.
Nothing much happening in the way of rocket launches. Nothing watchable soon.
I think that is going to do it for this entry.
