Nothing like rain today.
Jun. 9th, 2021 10:22 pmJust a very warm bordering on hot day with clear skies and nothing that look, felts or smelled like rain. Just a bit too warm to spend much time in the shop but I did manage a little time out there. Got to run the ans to make it bearable. Don't see anything that looks like a good chance of rain until well into next week. Going to be warm the next several days too. Have to look at the airport for tonight's temperature. It is 81°F and 82% humidity. Not going to cool off much more that that. Summer officially starts on June 20 which isn't that far away. Another long hot summer for here.
Tomorrow the mosquito guy is supposed to be here to spray for mosquitoes. About a week after the first time but the weather wasn't cooperating. Just hope he doesn't get here the same time as My HEB Delivery order. He usually comes early in the morning so I don't think it will be a problem. About time he came. Mosquitoes are bad.
Mailed the landscaping agreement back last night. He should get it tomorrow. Don't know when he will do it. Took a while to get the quote. So maybe not soon.
Braved going out to lunch today. Going to be anxious for quite a while. Kevin and Steve go out all the time. Just not really completely ready.
My HEB delivery order is scheduled for tomorrow at my usual time. Always interesting to see what the substitution or things that are not available. Got some first time items included.
Feeling tired tonight and just a bit more depressed.
Still didn't do any housework today. Got to put my dishes up. And clean the kitchen.
Didn't do anything close to project work today.
For woodworking I got the veneer on the radio project and turns one of my lamp post. Not much.
Got the shop sorted already. Don't think I am going out for a drive tonight but will probably put my car on charge.
No bills paid today and no lap cat yet.
The incense selection today was vanilla.
Viewing pleasure today was NetFlix and YouTube. Picked up where I left off on the Lucifer series.
Gold dropped further back into $1800 an ounce. Crude again set a new 52 week high by a small amount but retreated again.
Still on the 17th. The next launch of the Falcon 9. always enjoy that.
I think the lawn company came today. Maybe have been yesterday. Didn't hear them this morning but the yard was freshly mowed. With it probably any hope of finding any mushrooms.
Had the rest of my ice cream for dessert tonight. Have more on order.
Just played around in my brokerage account. Need to do that every now and then.
Didn't get anything in today. Tracking didn't show anything. I might get something in tomorrow though. My gold back shipped today. Will take a while for that to get here. Did order one more item. Sandpaper. Running low on the medium grits. The gold back is the only thing outside of eBay that has item coming in.
Fozzy made it to lap cat status tonight. Enjoy having him in my lap.
