Today had a decent chance for rain but none fell here. Didn't really check the radar today so I don't know if any other areas around got rain or not. Radar now doesn't show anything close or heading this way any time soon. Nothing looking even halfway like a possibility of rain until into next week. Will give things a chance to dry out a bit as we have had a lot of rain. Haven't really checked the backyard for mushrooms but in the past I have had a pretty good crop of them both in the front and back yards. Was uncomfortably warm in the shop but I did manage to get a little bit done out there. Checking in at the airport we see that the temperature is 82° with 87% humidity. A humid night for sure. Not cooling off either. Going to be warm this week. Temperatures are moving well into the 90's. Knew it would get here. Summer is not too far away and this is June.
Didn't receive anything today. I wasn't expecting anything and tracking didn't show anything close either. Did order something but not for eBay. I ordered another gold back on kind of a spontaneous purchase. Got a number of them now. Looks like the earliest I might get something in is this thursday and that would be my sequins. Don't know when I will get my two speakers. Tracking just shows that they have cleared import customs.
Kind of tired tonight. I have kept busy all day long doing just a variety of things. Still getting a little depressed today in spells. Keeping busy helps.

For viewing pleasure today I watched more NetFlix and Youtube videos.
For woodworking today I drilled the mounting holes for the display and put the top piece on my radio test project. Also glued one in of the other side rail on my chair project in place. Started a new wood turning blank.
Project work today I didn't do much. Just clean my mad scientist table a bit and put one of my light projects back in service. Stripped the top of my battery towers. Going to move all the lights to separate lamps that I will somehow design. Just plug them into my battery towers. Can have multiple lamps. Don't know what they are going to look like yet. Just experiment a bit with different designs.
Did so some housework. I sorted, folded and put away my load of whites. I cleaned up the kitchen and ran the dishwasher. Vacuumed the guess bedroom and the hall. Changed out the bag in my vacuum cleaner. Quite full. Need to order more soon.
Just did order some more. Always worry about finding them but it doesn't look like it is a problem.
Paid my quarterly income tax tonight. Had to write a paper check and address and envelope and the whole bit. Don't have a W2 anymore for taxes to be taken from. So I have to pay a quarterly estimate.
Gold is holding just below $1900 an ounce. Crude retreated further from its recent 52 week high. Didn't see any increase in gas price on my drive tonight to take my quarterly tax payment to the post office.
Still looking at May 17th for the next possible watchable rocket launch.
Worked some more on my HEB Delivery order. Will probably release it tomorrow or Wednesday for a Thursday delivery.
Got the car put up but not on charge. Probably have to do that soon.
Brought the recycle bin back inside. Starting to load it up again.
Just wondering if the company is now the new company.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
