Raining at the moment.

Looks like we are going to get a good dose of rain today and tonight. Long distance viewing of my rain gauge I think I see it is about two inches. Don't really know but I will check in the morning. Looking at the radar we are probably in for more rain still. The front doesn't seem to be moving much at all and I think we are kind of caught in a train. So again checking with the airport for the official outside air temperature and humidity it is 71° and 92% humidity. More rain is in the forecast pretty much forever with varying degrees of rain chance. The nest two days have a really high chance of rain so look like we are still in for more rain over the weekend. Have been listening to it on my skylight. Nice to do that especially when it is just a moderate rain.

Paid a bill today. My water bill. No more paper bills. Get just about everything online now except for my yard service bill. Still have yet to hear from my landscaper about fixing my front yard.

Didn't get anything in from eBay today and didn't order anything either. Rare day it seems like. Based on tracking I might get something in from eBay tomorrow and it looks like I am going to get a number of items in on Saturday.

I did get my Costco order. Don't really know when it got here as I didn't hear a truck or my doorbell. Just saw an email that said it had been delivered. Thought it might have gone to the wrong address but looked outside and there it was. Didn't really want to open the front door and let mosquitos in but I didn't have much choice but to do that and drag it inside. So got it inside hopefully without any mosquitos coming along. Will check tomorrow to see if I got everything. I will just wanted the tea but added some items I could use eventually to get free shipping. Tomorrow weather permitting TruGreen is going to spray for mosquitos and it really needs it.

Tomorrow is going to be cheese sandwich day. Got low fat cheese substituted for the cheese I usually get so I don't know how it is going to taste. Do have bread and butter. Will used the last of my previous bread order and I froze this weeks order. Still wish I had gotten my usually cinnamon twist bread. To make sure I get it next time I have ordered two different brands.

Remembered to watch the Falcon 9 launch today. Flawless as usual. Just seems to be too easy and too routine for SpaceX. Launched on time and recovered the booster. Really not an easy thing to do to land on just really a dot in the ocean but they do it time and time again.

For viewing pleasure today I watched some NetFlix and more YouTube. Next series up for me is Lucifer. Got to check after midnight tonight to see if it is a premium channel free preview weekend. I forget to do that sometimes.

Did some cleaning in the bathroom for housework today. Always dread that. Was suppose to do it yesterday but didn't. I think I have my laser project set up and ready. Got everything put back together. Just waiting on my Cat 6 Ethernet cable to come in. Probably could just use my cat 5 cable but want to get everything just right before I try it. I do have a NetFlix movie to watch so I might use that.

No project work today. I think I am going to use that Durhams Rock Hard Water Putty for my radio test project. Will see how it works. Seems like it is going to work fine. Probably could have used it for a lot of things if I would have just tried it before. I think I can use it to make a negative of a curve so I can fit some moldings.

For woodworking today I cut all the rails from my chair project and got all the tenons almost all cut. Still have to trim one of them and angle cut two more. Then four more motises. Angle cut the legs. Glue it all together and then the base is finished. Think I am going to pin it together with some quarter inch wooden pins. Kind of slow going in the shop dealing with heat, humidity and mosquitoes.

Did the truck start run and drive today. Took a really long loop. Still starts right up.

Next Launch is a Falcon 9 on the 6th.

Gold fell well back into $1800 an ounce. Crude got close to another 52 week high today but didn't quite make it. Still close though.

Got one junk call. Thought was a robot call and made some snide remarks since it was a republican fundraiser call. Might have been a live person. Hard to tell but after I interrupted twice he just said he would put me on their do not call list. And then good-bye and he hung up. Couldn't really ask for a better outcome. Probably got one more but I didn't answer it.

Got the shop sorted out and the car put up. Did that early. Didn't want to go out for a drive in the rain.

Still getting rain and it looks like we are in for rain for a while yet.

No lap cat tonight. Fozzy made it twice yesterday. Thought twist was going to join me but didn't.

Going to put out my recycle bin tomorrow. Don't want to forget that the free shredding is this Saturday. Already got what I need shredded in my car. Got to get up early. Weather may cancel it again. So much rain.
