Didn't have any rain today.

Very nice rain free day today. Starting out running the heater this morning then switched to the air conditioner this afternoon. looks like maybe one or two more days of this and then a fairly decently long cool period. Looks like we have more than a decent chance for rain through the next four days. AT&T is coming tomorrow so I hope it isn't raining when they install my new internet. The hourly forecast does look kind of iffy for the time they are suppose to be here and then on Wednesday which has an even higher chance of rain is when I have scheduled my HEB delivery. Hasn't rain on them yet but we will see if it does rain. It is the weather. I hate to make them deliver in the rain.

Today was a major eBay delivery day. Didn't order anything but I got six items delivered plus my Plant from Lowes. I got my spade connectors, vitamin D3, terminal blocks, Melatonin, AA/AAA nickel metal halide battery charger, and superfloss. I think the most I have ever had delivery on one day. The plant was not quite what I expected. Just a small sprout actually but I planted it and hope it survives. Very slow growing so I won't have to worry about trimming it probably for years. I like the kind of landscaping you can just ignore. Still have four items yet to come in on eBay and my solar charge controller.

Both gold and crude are still just about where they have been for the past several days. Moving but staying in the same range. Thought about buying a silver bar today but what I wanted was out of stock. Platinum had gone up a lot. Still well behind gold but up a good bit. And of course the selection is much better now.

Didn't pay any bills today and got one call but not sure if I should call it a junk call or not. Just say I got a call from a money solicitor.

Day six since my minor surgery. Still Doing fine as far as I can tell. Following the doctors orders. Have to wait until next week until the stitches come out. Still have to do everything by touch.

Tired tonight. I did a lot today in the shop. Still not sleeping all that well and still having rather negative dreams. But fortunately not really having any trouble falling asleep. Been joined by one or the other of my cats.

Cleaned up one of the cat boxes for housework today and that was about it. Have just a few items to do before AT&T shows up but not going to clean much.

No project work at all today.

Sprent just about all of today woodworking. Much longer than the hours I thought I would hold myself too. I have just about finished the end panels and have 3 dust frames just about finished. Still have a bit more to do on those. I want to have all of my dust frames finished before I start to assemble the dresser. Dust frames and then the face frame goes on. Lots of sanding to do on the top. I can move it inside after that. Need to order some more Danish Oil. I think I am going to use that to finish my dresser with. So easy to use and just one step. I just ordered some dark walnut danish oil. Thinking I can mix it with my light danish oil to lighten it up if it is too dark. Not sure that will work but I thought I would give it a try and if it works I can use part of my light walnut Danish oil.

No lap cat today. Fozzy has been missing in action the last few days.

The shop is a mess tonight. Probably going to take a bit longer than usual to sort it out so I can put the car up.

Added three more items to my HEB delivery order so far. Looking like this might be the highest I have ever ordered.

Just more YouTube videos for viewing pleasure today. When shoppe weather runs out I will have a lot to catch up on.

Need to sort the shop. Think I will do a bit of that now.

Got that done. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Slowly getting fewer pieces left on my dresser but still have a lot more to cut out though. Still have to get my half inch poplar to build my drawers. Don't have near enough. probably have to order another oak board but only need this one to be six inches wide. Not going to have much left over just scrap of my oak stash after finishing this project. Going to use up about all of my poplar and hot have much if any left for scrap of it. I think that is going to do it for major projects for this shop season. Don't want to start another one this late in the season especially now that I have used up just about all of my wood supply. I think I have a good source for more though and seems reasonable and sends good quality wood.

Still have to put up the car.

Probably won't be getting much in the way of rough cut wood anymore. Might but I really really need to change blades in my planer before I do anymore.

Not sure if I will go out for a drive or not tonight.

Got my oil lamp night light and a candle lit in the kitchen. Have to stop as soon as the air conditioning starts to run all the time.

I assume the rocket launch schedule hasn't changed.

Don't think I got paid today. Let me check. Didn't get paid. This is going to be at least tied for the latest I have ever been paid.

My lawn company didn't come today. Last week they came on a Tuesday.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
