Cold rain free day.
Feb. 13th, 2021 10:26 pmI think rain was forecast for today but I didn't see any evidence of any. May have rained but I don't really know. My best guess is that it didn't. Quite a mixture of precipitation predicted for tomorrow evening and the following day. My car said it was 38°F outside when I went to put it up. Might get a light rain move through here later tonight.
Not an eBay day in either category today. Nothing at all delivered today. Still expecting my MaxBright Lincoln Drape Aladdin lamp to come in Monday. That is what the delivery shows. Only a few outstanding items after that to be delivered.
Thought I might try to gather up all I spent on my TV cabinet.
Poplar boards for drawers: $41.58
Birch Plywood: $22.37
Underlayment: $6.99
Hardware: $58.39
Router Bits: $68.33
Total: $197.66
Didn't include tax on some of the item and the router bits can be reused for other projects but were charged against this project. Probably could have bought one cheaper but this one is oak for the most part. The drawer sides are poplar and the bottom and back are plywood. I hope it will last a few years. Put all my cassettes in the drawers but haven't put my records inside yet. Still need to sand where I filled the screw holes. Actually might do that tonight.
Also finished the battery rack and put the batteries inside of it. Must weigh more than 100 pounds with all the batteries in it. Still have to cut to fit the back though. Wasn't exactly straight.
For housework today I sorted, folded and put away my whites. I cleaned up the kitchen and ran the dishwasher. Cut up all my boxed for paper recycle. Cleaned up a tool mess in my office. Now have another one I need to clean up too. Put out the kitchen trash. Unboxed my remaining two battery modules and added the packing to the trash bin.
Put out a load of plastic for recycle and got that picked up. Brought the bin back up to the porch.
Launch schedule shows a launch late tomorrow night. About 10:29 pm our time. This one has been rescheduled a lot. Next one is now on the 17th.

Radar shows we are probably getting some rain now. Can't hear it. Fozzy is in my lap or I would get up and look. Don't want to disturb a sleeping cat.
No gold and crude trading today. Pick up again tomorrow.
Didn't watch any of the premium channel free preview weekend today. I did watch more episodes of The Flash and of course more YouTube Videos for my viewing pleasure.
Did do just a bit of work in the shop for my battery rack. Got that sorted and put the Car up.

Tomorrow is LOL Cats. Always look forward to that as something to smile about.
