No rain happened today.

It was cloudy today but not a hint of rain. Looks fairly dry into the middle of next week which is the next probable chance of rain. Now to take a look at the tropics since they do seem to be misbehaving. Looks like something out in the Atlantic but they say it is going to move north and not develop much.

I did select a new project on BOINC to use the free time on my computer for their calculations. Maybe Seti @ Home will resume some day but they just said they might. They are welcome to my computer if it helps them. Seti@Home I know ran for years on my computers.

Finally got my voltage/current regulator in today. I have a project in mind for it but I have to equip it with a cooling fan because they do tend to get hot. Going to power it from a transformer that is plugged into my 42 volt inverter. The battery pack that powers that really isn't being used at all. This should be easy duty for it as the current draw is low compared to the size of the pack.

Burned three incense sticks tonight. Two of my new ones and one Gonesh. Strike anywhere matches are amazing. The light so easily which can be both their major advantage and disadvantage. I was surprise to find them as I didn't think they were made anymore. I know we had them back in the old days. That was all we had. Use to be that just about everywhere had free books of matches. Don't see that anymore. And cigarette machines too.

Twist was the lap cat quasi participant today. He basically just climbed on for the attention but didn't really try to nap.

I didn't get my software installed on the Linux machine today. I will try again tomorrow. Not like installing software on a Windows machine. A touch more involved.

Don't know if the mosquito treatment worked. Don't really want to test it. Just have to wait and see.

Tomorrow is another attempt at the launch of the Crewed Falcon 9 Rocket. Gary reminded me today of it. I think for about 2:30 or so the time here. Last time they began coverage about four hours ahead of time. I know a little more about the electricity in the clouds issue. I think long ago one of the NASA rockets was actually struck by lightening that it itself caused. So now they watch for that.

I got my NetFlix movie in today. Just when they said it would arrive. They are good about that. No free premium channel preview this weekend. I might watch some of it tonight. And nothing really for my Friday night viewing pleasure. I have been checking in on over the air TV to see what is on there. It has really been years since I have watched over the air TV although the quality is just excellent.

I did clean the kitchen and run the dish washer although I have yet to put up the dishes. More tomorrow work.

I had the traditional cheese sandwich Friday. Made from whole wheat bread. I did have enough butter left to make one sandwich and probably I could have made two with it but just had one. I got another container in yesterday so I have plenty. Maybe even enough to try to make the Mac and cheese. I didn't want to risk my limited supply so I held off making that.

Started watching the new season of The Last Kingdom tonight. I guess about 10 episodes for this one too.

I see what looks to be new episodes for The 100. And it says Super Girl has new episodes too along with The Flash. Although I am many seasons behind on the Flash.
