Got rain today.
Apr. 19th, 2020 11:39 pmSo many days this past week has had rain in the forecast. Well, today we finally got a decent amount. A friend messaged me on Hang Outs and said they actually got pea sized hail and other parts of the area actually had hail damage. Nothing here that I remember. I think the more severe storms moved to south of us. So rare to get any hail here especially large enough to do damage. Going to be some unhappy insurance companies.
I was finally able to get into the office floor plan again and finally saw where my office is. I haven't ever been there since I am what is classed an casual worker and there hasn't been any work for me or the other casual workers for some time. Not that I mind a lot.
My usual Sunday TV fair is Barn wood builders and the walking dead. The last few episodes of the walking dead have been postponed so I have to be satisfied with Barn Wood Builders. I watched the last available episode of The Kingdom so I am lacking a zombie filler.
Cleaned up my kitchen and ran the dishwasher but I have yet to put up the dishes. I have a load off dress shirts in the washer so I have to run that tomorrow. Maybe work on a project or two. Still not too hot to be in the shop but I just haven't felt like working out there.
It was a one lap cat day. Fozzy wanted to but Twist was already there. Some days I get both cats. Twist would stay in my lap forever. Fozzy is a bit more short term. But still loves long naps in my lap. Nothing really more relaxing but my poor legs can only take so much.
Looks like the next day with a reasonable change of rain is Wednesday. Moving into a spring pattern.
Organized my bills so I don't have to open or handle the envelopes anymore. Really I should just go paperless on all my bills and it would solved that problem too. Probably time to do that. And as a Side benefit I wouldn't have to file them at the end of the year.
Whenever I empty a toilet paper role I feel like I should have a funeral for it.
I've been told it is not as scarce as it use to be. Along with paper towels. What is scarce is pasta.
I have been watching the Witcher on Netflix although I have to admit the plot alludes me.
I was hoping that since HBO was turned on for the week that I could also get HBO now. I thought I would just watch all of Game of Thrones over again. I could probably follow all of the characters this time.
Well, that should do it for tonight.
